Recipe for my orange cake!

 Hello girls, I'm back and as a good Brazilian I love a cake!!! since I was a little girl my favorite cake is chocolate cake, but yesterday a friend of my grandmother's came to visit us and my grandmother asked me to make an orange cupcake for her friend, without knowing how to do it I did a search for everything I needed to make and decided to make the recipe in my head, and it's not that it worked!


  •   ingredients:
  •  4 eggs
  •  1 teaspoon oil
  •   orange peel
  •   1 tablespoon yeast
  •   2 teaspoons sugar 
  •   juice of 2 oranges
  •   2 teaspoons wheat flour



how to prepare?
  • mix the juice, eggs, sugar, oil and orange zest in a blender
  • put the flour and baking powder in a bowl
  • bake the cake at 180 degrees preheated for 30 mins

this recipe is very easy, and my grandma and her friend loved it, now I have to go (I have to go pass the recipe on to my grandma's friend) xoxo!!
